Worked with a talented cross-functional group to bring our customers the best possible experience. Our support and contact pages are chock-full of helpful articles with rich media, quick links to related articles, and easy ways to get in touch with Belong. Plus, using reusable and atomic components allowed me to whip up mobile and internet support pages in a snap! All in all, it's been a joy to help our customers and make their lives a little easier.

Simplified Support and Contact Navigation with 3 Levels
To ensure ease of navigation and a seamless customer experience, the support and contact space was expertly organised into three levels. Level 1 served as the landing page, providing quick access to helpful product articles and support contact information. Level 2 housed all categories and questions, making it easy for customers to find what they needed. Finally, Level 3 was the article page, where customers could read in-depth information. Overall, this clear and intuitive structure made the support and contact process a breeze for our customers.

Level 1: Article tiles
The level 1 page was jam-packed with amazing sections, but the real star was the Article tiles component. Showcasing the 4 most popular articles in a visually appealing way, this component quickly caught users' attention and whisked them off to the appropriate article page (Level 3). And the best part? It was responsive on all devices and could feature the hero article on either the right or left side. In short, this dynamic component was a game-changer for improving the customer experience.

Level 2, Links and chips
We transformed our list of categories and questions into a user-friendly experience by implementing Chip components as filters. These attractive buttons helped customers easily find what they were looking for and narrowed down their options. Although the initial experience wasn't ideal, using the Link List component that was already in use on our web app allowed us to quickly build and improve the page.

Level 3: Rich text articles
Looking for the perfect blend of simplicity and functionality? Look no further than Level 3, home to our article pages! With the help of an advanced Rich Text component and a talented team, we've created a template that allows producers to easily add content, media, and interactive elements to their articles. Plus, with the inclusion of a Related Articles tile and a Feedback component, our users can easily find related content and share their thoughts. All in all, it's a winning combination!

One team, one dream
With a strong foundation in place, our team was able to empower another group at Belong to quickly build and launch the Blog using the components, template, and architecture we had created. This was a testament to the versatility and efficiency of our work, and we were thrilled to see our efforts being utilised in such a meaningful way.
